In accordance with the Data Protection Act, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you.  We will only use your information for the purpose as described and we do not pass on your details to any third party.

 

 

We do use cookies, tracking IDs and log files to collect user information both anonymously and individually.  The data we gather includes information that is used by academic and administrative members of staff to track the progress of individual students in line with expectations of students and the student contract, all other data however is collected anonymously.  We use anonymous data to examine the effectiveness of our service.  

 

If you post information, data or files to our websites or mobile app we will only use it for the purpose in which it was intended.  Posts to the VLE may be used for assessment and/or calculating engagement of students.  Photographs submitted are only ever used for identification purposes.  No information is passed to third parties outside of the requirements of the student or employment contract without explicit consent.
