Are you having difficulty accessing your account because of a problem with your password?

  1. The account you need to use is your University Network Account. This account is used to sign into a University computer (ie. the one you use first).
  2. Your password and/or login cannot contain any spaces or dots.  Student usernames are the full 9 or 7 numbers of the student number (which can be found on any official correspondance from the University).
  3. Your password is case sensitive, so remember which letters you capitalized. Check your CAPS LOCK key is not switched on.

Is the date and time on your computer correct?

The time and date on your computer will make a difference as to whether your sign in is expired or is simply refused. Ensure that the time and date are correctly set, and ensure the Time Zone you are in is correct also. Even if the time and date are correct the Time Zone changes the time reported back to the server.
